What payment methods can I use?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards. You’re welcome to check out directly with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. If you prefer, select the PayPal option at checkout — you can either log into an existing PayPal account or scroll down to pay as a guest using your credit card.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, along with a direct link to our carrier’s tracking page so you can monitor your package’s progress.

What will shipping cost for my location?

Shipping rates depend on your country and the total number of items in your cart. To see the exact cost, add your items to the cart, enter your shipping address, and the price will be calculated before you complete checkout.

How long until my order shows up?

Orders typically take 5-7 business days to process before shipping. With standard delivery, most customers receive their package within 10-20 days total.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We’re working on adding this option in the future, so stay tuned.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item — can it be changed?
