How long does it take to receive my order?

Every item we sell is made to order, meaning production begins only after your order is confirmed and payment is processed. On average, customers receive their packages within 10 to 21 business days from the date their payment clears.

Order Processing Window

Once your payment goes through, your order enters a 24-hour holding period before moving into production. During this window, you’re free to update order details — including size, color, or quantity — or cancel the order entirely if needed.

Production Timeline

Manufacturing time generally ranges from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the product category. Here’s a breakdown by item type:

  • Standard or partial-print apparel: 2–5 business days
  • All-Over-Print (AOP) apparel and footwear: 7–10 business days
  • Canvas prints: 7–10 business days
  • Wood and metal prints: 3–5 business days
  • Phone cases: 3–5 business days
  • Mugs and posters: 2–5 business days

Delivery Timeline

Please note that the 10–21 business day delivery estimate is approximate. Actual delivery times can occasionally run shorter or longer depending on carrier conditions and destination. Below is the expected shipping duration by product type:

  • Standard or partial-print apparel: 5–7 business days
  • All-Over-Print apparel and footwear: 10–14 business days
  • Canvas prints: 10–14 business days
  • Wood and metal prints: 5–7 business days
  • Phone cases and leather goods: 10–14 business days
  • Mugs and posters: 5–7 business days
  • Orders shipped internationally may require an extra 1–2 weeks

Every order comes with a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey from our facility to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees depend on your delivery destination and the total number of items in your order. Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Package Re-Shipment

We’ll arrange a re-ship under the following circumstances:

  • The address or contact details provided were incomplete or incorrect, causing the carrier to fail delivery
  • The shipping carrier attempted multiple times to reach the customer without success

In these cases, the package is returned to our facility. Once we confirm the correct shipping information with you, we’ll send the order out again. Re-shipment fees apply as follows:

  • $7 per item for re-shipments within the US
  • $10 per item for international re-shipments

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each destination.

Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses

Yes, we ship to PO boxes as well as military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that military shipments may take 40–45 days to arrive, and once a package enters military distribution channels, tracking updates may no longer be available for security reasons.

VAT and Customs Duties

We do not collect taxes on international orders. Any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Since these charges vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information.
